Great location and very friendly staff

Not what I had requested. Have a 13 year old and a 86 yr old mother in law....not the best facility for our family. Property was going thru renovation … felt ackward.

The room was perfect for having a comfortable retreat after the busy sight-seeing day: comfortable bed, great shower, tv with channels in many different languages, water boiler in the room.

What would you highlight about Dream Hôtel Opéra

The area is close to metro station and cafes and restaurants. The bathroom was modern and had a great rain shower. Rooms get cleaned every day.

Both bedroom and bathroom were fairly small. The window looked out into a small dark court, so the room didn't get much natural light. During our stay, there were extensive construction works going on within the building and the backyard, which meant it was very noisy in the morning, workers directly looked into our window and outside the window and in our bathroom it smelled of cigarette smoke.

Very clean room. Modern. Welcoming friendly staff. Everything you need.

Hotel foyer and outside didn’t give the best impression as currently undergoing renovation but we were not bothered at all by any noise. We had 3 rooms on floor 3 and all were spotless. Highly recommend and very central

What would you highlight about Dream Hôtel Opéra

The room was wonderful with a lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed and pillows. The air conditioning was a huge benefit.

The elevator is about 1 foot by 2.5 feet. It is just big enough for one person at a time and it is very difficult to get your bags up to the room and down to the first floor. There was a lot of construction. We were on the fourth floor and had construction workers right outside our windows. Im sure the hotel will be very nice when the construction is completed and the renovations are completed, but I hope an elevator solution is in the works!!!

Newly renovated hotel, our room was brand new, nicely decorated and very clean. Construction work at the reception area but it did not affect our stay. The hotel has a tiny elevator, but the manager was very polite and informed us in advance via an email. Hotel staff helped us with our luggage.

We booked this property as it was a lovely hotel and in a great location. Once we got a taxi to the hotel we were told we cannot stay at the property at it’s under renovation and they had relocated me to another hotel which was a further 3km away from the city centre. I asked for a refund and was denied. The manager was extremely rude, and wouldn’t assist. All he said was this is the address to your new hotel. We then had to get another taxi (15min drive) to the other hotel which was in a really bad location. Hotel was lovely but the location, after reading reviews about drug deals occurring out the front I could defiantly see that happening. We had to get taxis everywhere as we were so far away from town. This started my Paris experience with a bitter taste in mine and my husbands mouth. Would not recommend staying here due to the service & bookings.com shouldn’t be taking bookings and deducting money straight away to a hotel that is under renovations.

Friendly Staff. Good Location. Value for money.

Small room. Hotel undergoing major renovations (was not pre-warned). The lift is tiny, we honestly thought it was a joke at the start, however we were on the 7th floor so we had to use it. Construction/renovation scaffolding outside our window.

A wonderful helpful staff, and the location It has an excellent location, easy to move every where from the location, and there are lots of halal restaurants and cafe nearby, and big paris shops walking by distance. the internet was available all the time.room is small but elegant and has all facilities.

The hotel deducted the money immediately during the reservation before arriving to Paris. The price was high The elevator was too small no resturant in the hotel the room is small.

The interconnecting rooms were great for the family and they were very clean with lots of plug sockets... great for charging teenagers ipads & phones! Staff were friendly and apologised for the current building work as they are being refurbished.

The lift is VERY small and only fits in one person standing up - not wheel chair friendly.
